Ministries & Departments

Youth Department

We are pleased to welcome the youth of all ages to join our Sunday morning services, and older youth from ages 16 to join our Afternoon services on Sunday, where we learn about our God and saviour Jesus Christ in a loving environment. Events in our youth ministry include; Wednesday bible study, street evangelism, works of charity and an annual retreat. We are blessed with a dynamic company of focus driven youths who have a passion for raising the banners high in their areas of influence now and in the future. A family that eats stays together! Every now and then, we have outings, eat out, retreats, special meetings wherein young people come together in warm fellowship, relax and also discuss and share experience on issues of common concern.

Our aim is to build well rounded young men and women through the development of a strong and cohesive community fully equipped in all aspects of life and released into strategic positions in the market place to bring about much needed reformation of values in our generation.

Children's Church

Jesus said “Let the little children come to me, and do not forbid them, for of such is the Kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 19:14.

Therefore our vision is to nurture children (aged 3 to 12 years) into a saving, loving and serving relationship with Jesus Christ. We aim to help them develop a walk with the Lord, a faith in Him and discover their gifts, talents and calling in order to help build the Kingdom of God on earth. CHILDREN OUR Children’s ministry takes place during Sunday’s Service times (except 1st Sunday of every month where we choose to encourage trans-generational fellowship and sweetness of family worship. The children’s ministry is dedicated to providing a safe, enriched and happy environment in which children of all ages can begin their own personal journeys with God. The children also have dedicated faith clinics on Wednesday nights, a nest where the word of God is being taught and shared in a manner that can be easily assimilated and applied to their own “worlds”.

Singles' Fellowship

Primarily a group for the yet-to-be married young people, the Singles Fellowship has the objective of being in fellowship together to maximize the precious time of singlehood.

The group organizes events, outings, games, bible studies and prayer meetings- which could be indoors or outdoors.
We meet at least once a month in church, while ensuring that the well-being of members is paramount.

It is a place where new friendships are built, old friendships are strengthened and people of like-minds and purpose come together to encourage one another in ways which are not limited to spirituality.

The challenges of single life are discussed and God’s purpose for marriage is taught in both formal and informal settings.

David's Men Fellowship

The Men of Destiny Fellowship is committed to providing every man at Hope Centre and our surrounding community with the resources they need to grow in Christ.

From deadlines to bottom lines, many of us are trying to find the time to grow and develop as Christians.
The DMF Fellowship is the place to find other men who are interested in celebrating the fellowship God intends for us, and men who live and experience the same challenges of being a man in today’s busy world.

We believe in Men being the best as God intended. Our core values include honesty, integrity, zeal, humility, commitment, excellence and righteousness IN CHRIST. Our main goal is the restoration of the family to God’s original intentions.

Women of Zion

We are the ladies fellowship of RCCG-Hope Centre, Crewe. The fellowship started a few years ago with the aim of reaching out to women folk, to teach, to disciple and develop these ladies using practical and real-life experiences based on the teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Our goals are to:
– Lead the women folk to the saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ

– Ensure that all women have a genuine contact with the Lord

– Ensure that all women have a genuine salvation experience resulting in a personal and functional relationship with Him

– Disciple every woman after the pattern of Christ with the end result of “becoming like” Jesus in all things. (Matt 11:28-30)

– Teach Women to be keepers of their homes. (Titus 2:3-5).

– To train our daughters/maidens to become godly wives and mothers raising godly seeds for future generations.

Media Technical Department

The media team in Hope Centre Crewe is made up of skilled and trained media personnel who are responsible for the graphics, pictures, video recording of all our services & editing.
The Technical department of RCCG Hope Centre, Crewe is a ministry of service and servant
hood. The Department makes other ministries look and sound their best by working behind
the scenes.
The Vision of the Technical Department is based on service to others and is found in
Philippians 2:3 -4
“Let nothing be done through strife or vain glory but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other
better than themselves. Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things
of others”
Based on this, the vision of the Technical Department is to:
“Continually and consistently render an acceptable service to God, while positively impacting
the lives of the congregation through technical innovation and creativity, according to the
vision and mission of the church.

Amazing Voice of Hope Centre

Worship is an essential part of the Christian Faith and one of the ways in which we love to worship God is through music.

The music department is filled with dedicated and spirit filled members who are passionate about singing praises and worshiping God with their beautiful voices and instruments that God has given them. Hymns are essential part of our worship services.

Being a part of this department requires dedication, commitment and love for music. The choir meets regularly to practice and learn new songs, which they minister together with the band to the congregations to encourage them in their walk with Christ and to lift up the name of the Lord. They focus on leading worshipers into God’s presence.

Welfare Community / Outreach Department

We are a team of prayer champions and intercessors dedicated to praying for the vision and mandate of the church. We constantly bring the praise and petitions of the church and church members before the throne of God. We take prayer requests and burdens of members to God with the help of the Holy Spirit by constant and persistent prayer. The prayer team meet once in a week. You are welcome to join us.

Intercessory Prayer Ministry Team

The Intercessory Ministry is a ministry of prayer that requires total dedication and a personal relationship with God. It is one of the ministries that draws you closer to God and leads you to earnestly seek the face of God as you present the needs of others by standing in the gap for them. Intercession is a selfless act that requires you to bring the needs of others before God and is considered by some people to be the highest form of prayer. Just as Jesus intercedes for us (Heb. 7:25), then we too must intercede for all mankind. It is a commitment for the righteous to go before God to seek restoration between Him and His fallen creation.

Intercessors that show a willingness to make sacrifices are chosen by God to be on the front lines, to hold up the arms of the leader(s) of the house by going before God on a daily basis to receive protection and guidance for those who are being prayed for as well as for yourself. The word of God says, “….to watch and pray” (Matthew 26:41) and “Pray without ceasing” (1 Thessalonians 5:17). As Intercessors, we are always on a spiritual wall (gates of the city) looking and discerning the times. Intercessors are to sound the alarm at the first sight of trouble, but also spiritually discern when a person is hurting and/or is in need of encouragement.

If you believe that Lord has called you or sense that He is calling you into a life of intercession, and would like to be part of this ministry, please contact Pastor David for more information. We welcome you to come and learn how to stand in the gap for all humanity.

“I have set watchmen upon your walls, O Jerusalem, who will never hold their peace day or night; you who [are His servants and by your prayers] put the Lord in remembrance [of His promises], keep not silence.” (Isaiah 62:6 AMP)
